- Upon reserving your appointment, we initiate the process of connecting you with a skilled artist without delay.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of reservation, containing comprehensive payment information. We kindly request that you carefully review the entire contents of the confirmation email.
- Once your appointment is assigned to the most suitable Makeup Artist (MUA) for your specific needs, you will receive an email notification.
- An automated reminder regarding payment and the possibility of appointment cancellation will be sent to you. Please disregard this reminder if you have already made the payment.
- On the day of your appointment, your dedicated MUA will promptly arrive at your specified location and reach out to inform you of their arrival.
- Voilà! In no time at all, you will be ready to make an entrance at your special event.
